A base di Agaricus blazei Murril, Micotherapy ABM risulta utile nel favorire le naturali difese dell'organismo.

Originario della regione montagnosa di Piedade, in Brasile, l’Agaricus Blazei Murril (ABM) fu scoperto durante una ricerca epidemiologica nella quale venne riportata la bassa incidenza di malattie degenerative e un aumento della longevità tra gli abitanti di questa regione, che consumavano regolarmente il fungo, rispetto a quelli delle regioni circostanti.

L’ABM contiene proteine (38,5%), polisaccaridi, glicoproteine, triterpeni, ergosteroli ed altri metaboliti secondari, inoltre è ricco di minerali (calcio, sodio, ferro, potassio, fosforo, magnesio, zinco, rame, manganese e selenio), vitamine del gruppo B (B1, B2, B6, B12) e precursori della vitamina D (ergosteroli). Contiene inoltre elevate quantità di beta-glucani e glicoproteine, modulatori di risposta che potenziano l’attività macrofagica e contribuiscono a sostenere l’organismo nella difesa dalle infezioni.

Finalità salutistiche

Dai numerosi studi effettuati si è scoperto che l’ABM effettua principalmente immunomodulazione agendo sulle cellule del sistema immunitario innato o aspecifico. La sua azione è orientata principalmente sugli organi che entrano a contatto diretto con l’ambiente esterno, come gli organi respiratori a contatto con l’aria che respiriamo e del sistema digestivo a contatto con gli alimenti che assumiamo e con le sostanze che devono essere detossificate ed eliminate.
